I don't believe it!

After ONLY 45 minutes of trying, this lovely pc has uploaded a picture...  there is a god after all.

The above is a lavender bag, made from precious scraps of Cath Kidston samples.  I shall be making rather a lot of these, as along with my lovely friend Asti, I shall be exhibiting/selling at the Westpoint Christmas Show at Exeter this year from 30th November to 2nd December.  I'm very excited, but very very very nervous, as have never been at a show before.  Its for 3 days, and if you run out of stock (what a wonderful thought) you can't leave (not so wonderful).  I've spent a lot of time gazing at my machine, my catalogue of old Christmas magazines and paraphenalia, but not a lot of sewing.  Nervous, you see.  Well, whatever happens it will be put down to experience, and eased with a little (lot) of mulled wine and mince pies.  I have loads more photos to put up, and will work on them over the weekend, as quite frankly the pc is still not my bestest friend, and to say we've 'had words' over the past week or so is putting it mildly.  Hopefully, I am now up and running again.

Have a great weekend everyone xx

Ok, now I'm going to cry...

Is anyone else having trouble uploading photos to their blog?  I just can't get any photos up at all.... 3 hours I've spent today trying to get it to work, but nothing... not a bloody thing.  If it doesnt work soon I'm going to SMASH IT INTO TINY PIECES...

Any advice would be gratefully received

The Failure of Modern Technology ... I could SCREAM!

ARGGGGHHHHHHH!
Fully ready to begin blogging again a week ago, when my youngest FINALLY went back to school, the computer... bless its heart, got a virus.
Being of the patient kind, I have waited, I have tried and I have tried again to blog.   However, it takes at least 20 minutes to get into typepad, and don't even try to load a photo unless you've got to the end of the week.
So this is an apology to all my lovely readers... I hope to be up and running again very soon.  I have lots to blog, crafting, thrifting, beautiful Devon, beautiful kittens, news of Christmas shows etc, but alas I am going to have to wait at least another day or two for this *!'*!* computer to get its act together.

Honestly, I could scream :(

Please bear with me xx
