My New Baby
My new little laptop! Oh I can't tell you how thrilled I am. There it sits in my sewing room, and its MINE! The fight for the computer in this house was becoming unbearable. You literally had to book your time... well no longer my friends. And HANDS OFF to the rest of the Frasers, mama is on her own!!
So, while James had a little creative time, I had a wonderful hour playing with my new baby. However, computer literate I am not. I do struggle (and am reknowned for struggling :o) so progress my be slow, but I'm determined!
Then after spending a fortune on Etsy (maybe this wasn't such a good idea) I felt the need to crack open the first crop of rhubarb from my dad's garden...
Rhubarb crumble .... you can't beat it!
oooh yes I am always pinching my daughters laptop, what absolute heaven to have one in your own sewing room,
I made a blackberry and apple crumble last night, very delicious with custard,
yum-yum!!!!!!

Great! Since I work at home on-line for the past 10 years my rule has been - DON'T TOUCH MY COMPUTER! It took a few years for the family (my husband) to realize I wasn't being selfish but protective of my business. Finally, computers have become so affordable, we have several in the house and noone actually CARES about me and my computer anymore! They'd rather be on their cooler versions. Nice!

...ohhh how wonderful!! I am trying to make my family see that I need my OWN Laptop, too!!! And when I get one...none will be allowed to go near it anymore!!!

Rhubarb crumble is the best! Think it will have to go on the menu for the weekend. We are expecting awful weather so would be perfect!!
