Last Friday morning, we upped-sticks with some friends and headed for one of my favourite Friday haunts... Totnes Market.
It always, always, makes my heart skip a beat... and as we were parking we found a wonderful little community garden tucked away down a back street.
The market was its usual bustling self, and this lady was singing Dolly Parton's Jolene when we arrived, slowly to the guitar... wonderful!
Wondeful local fresh veg and salads with nasturtium flowers...
and wonderful colourful characters everywhere you turn! Bliss.
and then Sunday, despite the gloomy weather, we headed for the beach to clear our minds.
The deserted beach.... wonderful!!!
