Coming Up For Air..

Its been a busy couple of weeks around here, as with everyone this time of year... I just haven't had time to breathe!

Anyway, things are starting to settle down again.. although I shall tell you my To Do list for the run up to the big day.

1.    Make a birthday cake. 

2.    Wrap birthday presents.

3.    Plan birthday tea for Thursday :)

4.    Put Christmas decorations up (lots more christmassy pictures to come hopefully!)

5.    Paint kitchen (the plasterer has been in and covered up my exposed 1940's wallpaper but now the whole kitchen needs a coat of white paint!)

6.    Tile the kitchen ... (don't ask...!)

7.    Paint bathroom ceiling (while the plasterer was round for the kitchen he also fixed our bathroom ceiling... which now needs painting again!)

8..    Paint and paper Isabel's bedroom (I promised this would be done before Christmas.... why I don't know!)

9..    Still get some Christmas presents, crackers, stocking fillers blah blah.

10.    Wrap all the Christmas presents.

11.    Do the Christmas food order.

blah blah blah....

 

And here is my letter to Father Christmas:

 

Dear Father Christmas,

Please can you shorten my To Do list.  I would truly love to have some spare time for Christmas :)

Carol Singers - Part 2!

Here they are!  The second set of carol singers...

A rabbit, a terrier and a mouse ... cute little guys :)

The mouse, terrier and the rabbit are currently trying to keep warm in my little Etsy shop, grateful of their hats and scarves, but wishing for a warm stocking to snuggle up into on Christmas Eve!!  Pop over and take a peek, there are plenty more photographs of them :)
