A corner of my home

I love  this category in everyone's blogs, so as I am working away this week on an order of bunnies, I haven't much to show, so I thought I do ' a corner of my home'.  This is my dresser, which I painted last year, and I love dearly. 

It is full of gorgeous china (mostly given to me by my darling brother who has a wonderful eye for all things gorgeous and antique), and other bits and bobs picked up along the way.  I would love to put some lights around like Posy's gorgeous dresser see here but that's another story.

And here's a picture of a little cushion I whipped up for my daughters desk chair, using up lots of scraps of fabric.  She loves it ..

but not quite as much as someone else in the family ...

Hi i just wanted to say that your dresser looks beautiful painted. I have a pine dresser in my kitchen but I dont think that I would be brave enough to paint it, I am not sure that my hubby would be pleased either ;)

Love that dresser! The colour is lovely and is a great backdrop for all your pretty china and the lovely daffodils. I dream of having a kitchen big enough for a dresser one day.
