Look at this vintage poster of Peter Rabbit.  My gorgeous sister-in-law found it in Portobello Market I think for my son's room...

Meet Florence.  She is number two of the bunnies off to the vintage shop. 

I have used some very old vintage lace for her dress and cut up an old wool vest for her pads, (god knows how anyone wore that vest, so itchy, must have been like wearing an old sack).  Apologies for the poor picture, something to do with it being taken in the wee hours.... these bunnies are taking longer than I thought to put together, as I am trying to get the pattern exactly right.  Then I should be able to get them out a bit quicker... 

She's my favourite so far I think.

Hopping Mad!

I've been stitching like crazy these past few days... making four of these little darlings for a local vintage shop.  My fingers are sore and I'm in need of wine so I'm off to bookclub tonight... sod the bunnies!
