I laughed when you suggested getting another knitting project, I have about eight I still need to finish. I get seduced by all the beautiful colours and textures and now I'm tempted to look at ravelry. Hope you get yours finished as the colour is gorgeous.

Its looking beautiful

I've tried knitting about twenty times over the years and just cant do it - I am so enviious of anyone who can.

I am just about managing to teach myself crochet at the moment

Looking forward to seeing finished scarf

What a beautiful colour!.I've just popped over to Asti's blog, thanks for the link. She's a very clever lady, all that spinning and dying her own wool.I hope you get your scarf finished soon,it will keep you lovely and cosy!I'm working on a baby jumper for my niece.Just got to do the pressing and making up.Trouble is,thats the bit I hate!

Hi Nicky, Funnily enough I have just started a knitting course at the shop in Bovey Tracey which seemed very familiar and I couldn't work out why until I remembered Asti's post about weaving! Love the colour of your scarf and I hope to persevere with the course and learn to knit once and for all! Kathyx

that's beautiful! it looks so soft and cuddly. you've made me want to go pick up my knitting now:)
